High Precision Dynamic 5 Axis Simulation Turntable
Product Overview

This high-performance HWIL testing and evaluation flight motion simulator features a five-axis simulation turntable that accurately replicates various aircraft attitudes in working environments. It realistically reproduces mechanical characteristics during actual flight and is primarily used for space attitude simulation motion experiments of inertial components.

The system offers high dynamic response capabilities, large load capacity, and comprehensive functions including position, rate, sinusoidal oscillations, and five-axis linkage simulation. It is ideal for semi-physical simulation experiments of airborne optoelectronic systems.

Mechanical Structure

The mechanical configuration consists of two main components:

  • Three-axis turntable - Simulates aircraft attitude motion using O-U-T structure for roll, yaw, and pitch degrees of freedom
  • Dual-axis turntable - Simulates target relative motion using O-U structure for azimuth and pitch degrees of freedom

Each axis provides position, rate, swing, and simulation functions, creating a comprehensive simulated motion environment for aircraft, seekers, and target simulators.
