RA5 SERIES CMM Portable Measuring ARM is mainly used in the precision measurement of automobile production line, aircraft maintenance factory, shipbuilding factory, locomotive factory, locomotive factory, mold manufacturing workshop, etc.


Accuracy of the test (in line with common international standard coordinate B89.4.22-2004):

(1) single-point repeatability test method: The standard probe placed in the nest cone in the direction from multiple single-point data collected by the software to calculate the point to the standard deviation and the cone of each point (single point) average standard deviation of the center. This method is used to test and measurement equipment repeatability.

(2) spatial precision length measurement methods: the measurement range, measured with a standard length of the test many times the value of the length of the standard device, the measurement results with the theoretical value of the standard deviation between the devices as the standard deviation. If 95% of the measurement results within the accuracy of the calibration, the standard deviation of ± 2σ confidence level meet, this method as a general quality measurement system accuracy criteria


Geometric feature detection

2. Quickly analyze spatial dimensions such as distances and angles between geometric features.

GD&T geometric tolerance detection

The measurement software provides GD&T tools to evaluate the form and position tolerances of geometric features. For example, verticality, parallelism, flatness, cylindricity, coaxiality, inclination, position, etc.

 

Comparison between 3D model and actual object

The software is compatible with multiple 3D data formats and provides multiple coordinate alignment methods. It can automatically compare measured geometric features and surface point data with theoretical values on the three-dimensional model, and provide error analysis graphic reports.
