Q1: Does the equipment need to be calibrated regularly? How are calibration fees calculated?

A: We recommend calibration once a year, free of charge upon delivery, subsequent calibrations require a service fee.


Q2: How long is the warranty period? Are key components (e.g. bearings, encoders) covered by extended warranties?

A: The warranty period is 1 year, and the warranty period for key components is extended to 2 years.


Q3: Do you support customization? How long is the delivery lead time?

A: The delivery time for conventional turntables without thermal chamber is generally about 2 months, and with thermal chamber is more than 3 months. The delivery time of customized products is 3-6 months.


Q4: Do you offer remote diagnostics or on-site service? What is the response time?

A: If customer encounters a problem during use, engineers from both parties can communicate remotely to solve it first. If the problem cannot be solved, we will provide door-to-door service. Domestic on-site service response time is 24 hours. Overseas it depends on the situation.
